As a leader in the Microsoft Alumni Network, I connect global alumni to create impact through mentorship, innovation, and social change.
Throughout my work, I advocate for the often-unseen role that caregiving plays in women's success, and the importance of designing systems that support life transitions ranging from career shifts and caregiving responsibilities to entrepreneurship and re-entry. Empowering caregivers at these moments unlocks untapped potential, both economically and socially.
